The prices of our goods are inclusive VAT. Delivery times vary depending on product type and are listed in detail in the several offers, any possible delay is not attributable to us but may be due to production problems.

For this operation no registration is necessary, because our site is freely available. Only when you decide to purchase a product you may need to register.

According to local regulations (DL 22.05.1999, No 185) the buyer has the right to return the merchandise if it does not meet the characteristics described:

If the purchased item should showl defects or transport damages, XForm SRL will replace the material under warranty without charge to any costs In this case it is necessary a written report describing the damage, that has to be sent to our customer service within 7 days from the date of receipt of goods by fax (0432 zzzzzz) or e-mail (servizioclienti@sedieitaliane.eu) which, after verifying the complaint, will communicate the return number and details of the withdrawal.
Please return the merchandise in the original carefullu sealed packaging sealed and complete with all possible accessories indicating on the box the destination address and return number.
We will make the replacement as soon as possible.

- To exercise this right, a registered mail must be sent within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods addressed to XForm SRL - Via Papa Giovanni XXIII - 33040 Horn of Rosazzo (UD) including your details (name, address) the invoice number, the code / name and quantity of products and finally the bank details (Iban). Then contact the XForm S.r.l. under telephone number 0432 758489 or via email at ... .. to get the return number.
- Within 30 days of receipt of the returned the XForm Ltd will transfer the invoice amount paid excluding shipping costs
- Under any circumstances we will accept returned goods without the return number or cash on delivery.
